Introduction

As the society depends more on information and community get more focus, people have required that universities provide qualified educational services, as well as their facilities, human resources and knowledge to ordinary citizens. Advanced countries already established social education acts to recommend lifelong education to their citizens and the demands from communities have increased.

To meet this demand and contribute to community development, the university established the center for continuing education in 1994. The center has operated various general and special programs by inviting specialists and utilizing cutting-edge facilities.
